FINAL THOUGHTS The UST exams vary in difficulty because questions are selected randomly from a bank of over 41,000 questions. Don’t panic if the first few questions are ridiculous. You can miss 22, and if you get a 75%, you are a loan originator. The passing rates on UST exam is higher than the DRE Sales & Brokers Exams and you passed those. Some students who have been in the loan field for many years think that this experience will assure they pass.
